Under the name Vanessa Cardui, my writing has appeared in On Spec Magazine (#106, 2017) and two anthologies from Laksa Media (Shades Within Us, 2018 and Seasons Between Us, 2021). These works resulted in my Aurora Award nomination from the Canadian Science Fiction and Fantasy Association for Best Poem/Song in 2019, and the anthology’s nomination for Best Related Work in 2022. I am seeking representation for my debut novel, A YOUNG MAN'S EDUCATION (Upmarket/Literary Fiction).
